Samsung will most likely release Android 13 soon

By year’s end, Galaxy smartphones will receive the One UI 5 upgrade from Samsung.

Samsung has put a lot of effort into developing its One UI 5 overlay for Android 13. Even if the version does not include a major UI overhaul, One UI 5 includes several new features that you can try out. For the Galaxy S22 and S21 series, the Korean giant is now operating a One UI 5 beta test in a few nations. Before the year is through, the skin for these phones will undoubtedly be available to the general market. What about other Galaxy models, particularly the Z-Fold and Flip series? One UI 5’s release schedule for this year is described in a recent report.

SamMobile reports that Samsung will roll out One UI 5 for the following devices by the end of 2022:

S22 Galaxy series

Galaxy S21 models

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4

The Galaxy Z Fold 3

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3

Galaxy A53

Through its regular software upgrades and broadened software support policies, Samsung has raised the bar in the Android ecosystem. The company’s desire to upgrade its flagship smartphones for 2021 and 2022 to One UI 5 by the end of 2022 is therefore not shocking. The release of One UI 5 for the mid-range Galaxy A53 this year would also be a positive move on the part of the Korean behemoth. The majority of Android manufacturers update their entry-level and mid-range smartphones to the most recent version of Android at least 6 to 8 months after the OS’s debut. With an early release, the company may once again raise the bar in this area.

Samsung was able to upgrade all of its premium and flagship models from the previous generations to One UI 4 in 2021 before the year was over. The business could repeat the same strategy this year as well. If anything, more Samsung smartphones than those previously indicated should get the One UI 5 update before 2022.
