The OPPO Enco X2 has a broader feature list than the majority of other devices in this price bracket. The earbuds have a coaxial dual-driver system made up of a 6mm planar diaphragm driver and an 11mm dynamic driver to better handle the three primary frequency ranges. Each bud also features three microphones: two for calling and the third for ANC and wind noise reduction. Wear-detecting sensors automatically halt the audio when you remove a bud from your ear; the audio resumes when you put the bud back in.
These earphones are Bluetooth 5.2 compatible and support a wide range of codecs. They support Sony’s LDAC, which was missing from its predecessor, as well as the more modern LHDC 4.0 codec, in addition to the standard SBC and AAC. LDAC functionality was probably added later because OPPO hasn’t yet updated the X2 product page. These earphones have been approved by Hi-Res Wireless as well.
You have a combination of touh- and pressure-sensitive controls here. One must gently squeeze the stems once, twice, or three times in addition to tapping in order to carry out the assigned function. Touch-enabled zones are also present on the stems’ sides.
