TCL has officially launched 40R 5G in Europe at €240
The Density 700 processor is accompanied by 4GB RAM and 64/128GB storage
In Europe, TCL has released the TCL 40R 5G, a Dimensity 700-equipped 5G midrange phone with a price tag of €240. This phone has a 50MP primary camera and a 5,000 mAh battery. The front panel features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch for the 8MP selfie camera. A 50MP primary camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth lens are housed on the rear.
The Density 700 processor is accompanied by 4GB RAM and 64/128GB storage, which may be expanded through the microSD card. TCL UI 4.0 on top of Android 12 handles the software. The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging capabilities and a fingerprint scanner on the side.
Display and Camera of TCL 40R 5G
The TCL 40 R sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. This display has a 266 ppi pixel density, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and a 1600 x 720-pixel resolution to provide viewers with a seamless visual experience.
On the back of the TCL 40 R, there is a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP macro shooter, and another 2MP depth shooter. This camera kit has two photography modes: continuous shooting and HDR. For static and moving photos, an 8 MP camera is available on the front.

The TCL 40 R’s internal activities are handled by an Octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. A MediaTek Dimensity 700 MT6833 chipset is also there to regulate the overall performance.
The TCL 40 R’s operational energy is supplied by a 5000mAh Li-Polymer battery, which cannot be removed.
