See what happened when Apple’s employee Mr. Prasad juiced out $17 million out of it

One of the former employees of Apple duped $17 million.  We are talking about Dhirendra Prasad who has admitted in a written plea agreement about the crime that he did while working as a buyer for Apple’s global service supply chain. It’s not about a single thing that led Apple to this loss.

He was charged with his crime in March 2022. One of his crimes included sending  Apple’s components to an outside vendor so that they can be resold again.

As soon as Apple found it they fired him in 2018. Prasad has been convicted on multiple cases like fraud and conspiracy to defraud the US government. One of the records also found that Prasad used to charge Apple also for those components that were never sent to them.

He is likely to be charged for 20 years or more. But now the hearing is going on and we are to see a series of events in it.
