Honor Magic VS launched with 54 MP main IMX800 sensor in China, let’s check out its features and other details
On Wednesday, Honor unveiled the Magic VS, a foldable smartphone in China. Sources have said that the Honor Magic Vs can handle 400,000 folds. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and comes with 512GB of internal storage and up to 12GB of RAM.

The Magic Vs is currently available for pre-order in China, with prices starting at CNY 7,499 (about Rs. 86,000) for an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage base model. The 12GB + 256GB storage model costs CNY 7,999 (about Rs. 92,000), and the 12GB + 512GB storage variant costs CNY 8,999 (roughly Rs. 1,03,000).
The price of the lone 16GB + 512GB model of the Magic Vs Ultimate is CNY 10,888, or roughly Rs 1,24,200. It is available in Glossy Black and Phoenix Feather Gold colors.
Specifications of the Magic VS
This smartphone has a 7.9-inch inner foldable OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 90Hz and a resolution of 1,984×2,272 pixels. Additionally, the Magic Vs features a 6.45-inch external OLED panel with a maximum resolution of 1,080×2,560 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. This smartphone runs MagicOS 7.0, an Android 12-based operating system.
The Magic Vs’ triple rear cameras are led by a 54-megapixel main IMX800 sensor with an f/1.9 aperture. It also has an 8-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom and an f/2.4 aperture, in addition to a 50-megapixel ultra-wide/macro lens with an f/2.0 aperture. Also included is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture.
It supports 66W wired Honor SuperCharge rapid charging and features a 5,000mAh battery. The Honor Magic Vs is a dual-SIM (Nano) 5G smartphone that supports Bluetooth v5.2 and dual-band Wi-Fi.
