Tata Nexon EV Damaged at an Authorised Service Centre During Service: Here’s What Happened
We recently saw the incident which took place in the Kia service centre in Jaipur where the Kia Sonet was damaged and the owner was given a brand new car.
Such an incident has taken place in an Authorised Service Centre in Hyderabad who are dealers of Tata Motors.
Here’s What Happened
Dr. Rajiv Bandaru had given his brand new Tata Nexon EV for the third service to the Orange Auto Hyderabad who are authorised dealers of Tata Motors.
At the service centre, the car met with an accident while being lifted. The workers at the service centre are not ready to take responsibility for what is clearly their fault.
They want Dr. Rajiv Bandaru to claim his vehicle insurance to fix the repair. He was not willing to accept this and filed multiple complaints against the service centre which was left unresponded.
The MD and the CEO of Orange Auto Hyderabad even threatened Dr. Rajiv Bandaru to follow their instructions. They have also denied Dr. Rajiv Bandaru’s request in receiving the CCTV footage of the incident.
Dr. Rajiv Bandaru has been suffering deprived of his car for the past 45 days. He has demanded his car back or a brand new car instead of the damaged car.
All of his requests were denied by Orange Auto Hyderabad. The complaints given through Customer Care were also denied without taking any action against the service centre.
