Samsung Wireless Charger EP-QR900 surfaces on FCC. Might come with Samsung Galaxy Watch active

The well-known South Korean corporation Samsung is well-known for its range of affordable to luxurious electronics. According to rumors, Samsung Wireless Charger EP-QR900 has surfaced on the FCC and has been tested with the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active in 5W mode. Samsung already sells a variety of wireless chargers, including the Wireless Charging Stand and Duo-Fast Wireless Charger Pad. However, a 25W EP-TA800 converter has also been used to test the Galaxy Watch Active. The charger is in the category of Low Power Transmitter Below 1705 kHz under DCD-Part 15.

FCC also provides links to all the letter and test reports of the wireless charger. The charger has a 5V power supply with 5W operating mode and Loop Coin Antenna. Talking about its frequency then it has 143.5 ~ 146.5 kHz frequency. Its PCB version is 1.0, H/W version is 1.0 and S/W version is V3.6.

When it comes to the FCC listing, it gives wireless products on the market an ID. In essence, the characters are only codes used to identify the company that produced the product.

So it wouldn’t be inaccurate to assume that a new wireless fast charger for its Galaxy smartwatches is on the horizon.
