Harley-Davidson Launches the 2023 Nightster in India with an Ex-Showroom Price of Rs. 17.49 Lakhs
The American motorcycle manufacturer, Harley Davidson has just launched the 2023 Nightster in India. The ex-showroom price starts at Rs. 17.49 lakhs and the bike will be available in two models.

The 2023 Harley Davidson Nightster Launched in India
Harley Davidson has now launched the 2023 model of the Nightster in India. Harley-Davidson Nightster had its debut in 2007 and is one of the famous motorcycles from Harley Davidson. The 2023 Nightster is just a model year update, meaning that there is no change in the performance or the engine of the motorcycle however some design changes have been made.
Let’s first look at the engine and the performance of the 2023 Nightster. As mentioned, there is no change in the engine and the company has retained the 975cc, V-twin, liquid-cooled engine which is connected to a six-speed gearbox. It will have a maximum power of 89hp @ 7,500rpm and a peak torque of 95Nm @ 5,750rpm. The company also claims that the motorcycle will have a mileage of 18 kmpl or 5.5 litre/100km.
On the front, the 2023 Nightster also has 41mm Showa forks and dual shock absorbers on its rear. It will also have single discs on both of its wheels as well. Other features include three ride modes – Road, Rain and Custom, ABS, a slippery clutch and a traction control system.
Now coming to its design change, the major design change that has been made is the removal of the front cowl, however, the Special model comes with features like a pillion seat, a taller handlebar and the headlight cowl that has been removed from the Standard model. To add to this, the Special model also brings in more colour options and a different set of alloy wheels.
The Standard model will come in two colour choices – Vivid Black and Redline Red whereas the Special model comes in four colour choices – Vivid Black, Black Denim, Bright Billiard Blue and Industrial Yellow. In both the models, the Vivid Black colour variant will be priced the lowest and all the other colour choices will require an additional charge of Rs. 14,000.
Lastly coming to the price, the Standard Model of the 2023 Harley David Nightster has an ex-showroom price of Rs. 17.49 lakhs whereas the Special model will be having an ex-showroom price of Rs. 18.29 lakhs.
