Honda Elevate New Black Edition Model Spotted: Brand Might be Planning on Boosting Competition with this New Color Variant
Honda Cars India Limited is now revealed to possibly introduce a new Black Edition model for its Elevate SUV, featuring a mono-tone Black color accompanied by other design elements, this month in India. Even while White is considered as a safer and more favored color choice in the country, Black has always been a fan favorite for its stealthy appeal and class outlook, and it is likely with this in mind that Honda is planning to unveil the Black Edition Honda Elevate, boosting its competitiveness in the 4.3-meter SUV segment.
Here’s more about the update.
Honda Elevate New Black Edition Model Coming Out This Month?
From the spotted Black Edition model of the Honda Elevate SUV that is believed to be currently tested on Indian roads, it looks well with a lovely glossy Black shade (probably Crystal Black Pearl), offering an appealing stealth appearance. Moreover, an overall all-Black theme has been maintained, with Black alloy wheels, unpainted and contrasting body cladding, as well as tinted Black privacy glass panels for the rear windshield, rear windows, and sunroof.
Furthermore, instead of the Black x Brown interior of the standard edition, full Black interiors are also being expected, which is said to add a sporty look to the whole cabin too. At the rear, a ‘Black Edition’ badge would also likely be added, apart from other design elements.
Regarding the engine side, the brand might not make any changes and the same 1.5L NA Petrol i-VTEC engine with 119 bhp peak power and 145 Nm peak torque, integrated with 6-speed MT/6-speed AMT gearbox, is expected to be retained.
As of now, the Honda Elevate is available in mono-tone colors such as Platinum White Pearl, Lunar Silver Metallic, Meteoroid Grey Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic, Phoenix Orange Pearl, and Obsidian Blue Pearl, and dual-tone colors like White, Red, and Orange with Crystal Black Pearl roof. With the expected release of the Black Edition model this month, we’ll be able to know more about what is on offer.
Stay tuned.
