Huawei’s Luxeed S7 EV Now on Sale, Along with Other New Products: Four Models Available

The latest Luxeed S7 EV made from Huawei’s joint collaboration with the Chinese automobile manufacturer – Chery has been launched officially at the recently conducted event in Shanghai, China. The EV comes in four variants and is now on sale. Along with it, there are a few other products that have been made available.

Luxeed S7 EV Officially Launched

The Luxeed S7 is an electric sedan that has been launched to compete with Tesla’s Model S and is being described as an equivalent to a BMW. The EV has the Huawei 800V Giant Whale platform and offers a total range of 855 km for the top-tier variant. With a five-minute charge, the EV will offer a range of 215 km and a 430 km range is offered with 15 minute charge.

As mentioned, there are four models for the EV – Pro, Max, Max+, & Max RS, with price points of RMB 249,800, RMB 289,800, RMB 319,800, & RMB 349,800, respectively. The base Pro model has a range of 550 km, and the high-end Max RS has a range of 855 km. The Max and Max+ models have a range of 630 km and 705 km, respectively. Except for the Pro model, all the other models will also have the LiDAR sensor.

It has been reported that the brand has received more than 20,000 pre-orders for the EV till now, and the deliveries are said to start from next year onwards.

Huawei’s AITO M7 Max, another EV is also now on sale. Two models are available – 5 seater and 6 seater, with prices of RMB 289,800 and RMB 309,800, respectively. The brand’s whole house intelligence device has been launched as well, and the pre-bookings for the MatePad Pro 11″ tablet and MateBook D 16 laptop have also begun, with their sale scheduled to start next month.
