Hyundai has started testing the new Grand i10 NIOS in South Korea

Hatchbacks are still very popular in India despite the growing appeal of SUVs and crossovers there. Due in large part to the increasing popularity of its crossover models, Hyundai India has grown to become one of the most well-known brands on the Indian market.

According to the latest spy photos published by Rushlane, the new Grand i10 NIOS will have a completely new front end. The automobile appears to have undergone a lot of changes in the camouflaged photos. The brand-new spy photos also imply that the Grand i10 will come with brand-new LED daytime running lamps in the form of a V. The new lamps, which are closer to the ground, will be mounted on the front bumper.

The new Grand i10’s back also appears to have been altered. The revised bumper, wraparound tail lamps, and chrome-tipped exhaust complete the athletic appearance. New dual-tone alloy wheels are also added to the test mule.  It’s unlikely that Hyundai will update the engine. Currently, a 1.2-litre four-cylinder engine powers the Grand i10 NIOS. It has a max torque of 114 Nm and 82 Bhp. It comes with a five-speed manual transmission as standard equipment, though we could also see an automatic. Hyundai also sells CNG variants of the Grand i10 in the Indian market.
