MediaTek Dimensity CT-X1 Officially Released At The Dimensity Flagship Chip New Product Launch Conference
Today at the Dimensity Flagship Chip New Product Launch Conference, MediaTek officially unveiled its much-awaited Dimensity 9400 SoC. It is the first 3nm flagship chipset for Android and it is also the brand’s second ‘All Big Core’ chipset. It outperforms all Qualcomm chipsets currently available in the market.
Alongside this latest chipset, the company has also released the Dimensity CT-X1 chipset. This chipset will be used for automotive purposes and it is also built on a 3nm manufacturing process. Let’s dive in to know all the details.
MediaTek Dimensity CT-X1: Features
This chipset is the world’s first nano flagship AI automotive cockpit chip. It supports up to 10 screens concurrently, 9k ultra high definition resolution, and mainstream HDR technology in the industry. It is integrated with on-device generative 46+ TOPS AI NPU. It supports video playback and recording 8K at 30fps or 4K at 120fps. It arrives with support for WiFi 7 and 5G connectivity options. It can support up to 50 speakers/ microphones and features multimodel interaction. It comes with support for up to 16 cameras.
It is said that the first batch of models equipped with this latest chipset will be mass-produced and launched next year.
