Royal Enfield officially unveils Classic 650 Twin in India: Check out the features and availability details

Royal Enfield has finally launched its Classic 650 Twin motorcycle in the Indian market. This motorcycle borrows some design elements from the Classic 350. Let’s dive into know all the specs and availability details

Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin: Features

The motorcycle is available in three variants- Hotrod, Classic, and Chrome. The Hotrod trim includes two color options- Brutingthorpe Blue and Vallam Red. Chrome trim comes in Black Chrome color, while the Classic variant is available in Teal color.

The flexible design of Classic 650 comes with ample room for a removable pillion seat plus subframe. It comes with a deftly sculpted teardrop tank. In its 648cc form, the Classic features two peashooter exhausts in gleaming chrome. The signature casquette headlamp of the Classic gets an LED upgrade. An all-new set of controls includes aluminum switch gears, retro-style rotary switch cubes, and a perfectly placed USB charging port. On the front, a retro speedometer is present alongside a digital LCD display.

This motorcycle comes with a Tripper navigation system powered by Google Maps and dual-channel ABS. The 648cc engine is said to produce 46.3bhp and 52.3Nm while it comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. For suspension, it employs 43mm telescopic Showa front fork with 120mm of travel and twin shock absorbers at the rear with 90mm of travel. It is equipped with spoked wheels, featuring a 19-inch front and an 18-inch rear setup. It features a Hydraulic Disc Brake Single 320mm disc, twin piston floating caliper on the front and rear sides.
