See what happened when a man booked a car online and cancelled it for its delivery in 2024
Mahindra is well known for its featured car which is famous all across the world. One of its features of it is that you can simply book your car without visiting showrooms. Just an online form can make you have a new car in a few days with all paperwork done altogether.
This was built for the customers but doesn’t seem to work for them. Mr. Sanyam who is also the deputy editor of TV9 Bharat channel recently took to Twitter to post about Mahindra Scorpio booking in which he wrote’ I online booked (ID: OTF23G001088) Scorpio N on 30th July 2022. Later I canceled it as I was getting the delivery in September 2024. Its been Three Weeks since the cancellation of my booking but I have not received any update regarding the refund yet. plz, help me @anandmahindra’.
After this tweet, a lot of people commented on the latency of Mahindra’s service. But this didn’t go for long because then Mahindra service reached out to them and informed him about his issue that was sent for solving to concerned distributors.
