Toyota Launched Their Rebadged Toyota Rumion From The Suzuki Ertiga To The Indian Market
Toyota has launched their latest car, the Toyota Rumion, for the Indian market. The prices are yet to be announced by Toyota. The Toyota Rumion is a rebadged version of the Suzuki Ertiga. The Toyota Rumion attracts people with its flashy exterior design. This car features Toyota’s signature MPV front grille, LED tail lamps with back door chrome garnish and 2-tone machined alloy wheels.
Like the Ertiga, Rumion is also an ideal option for family travel with its spacious interiors. The flexible seating options make it easier to move around in the car. The luggage space is also spacious. In the interior, the Rumion features a 17.78 cm Smartplay Cast touchscreen audio system. This audio system supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which provides easier smartphone integration.
The connectivity options include the Toyota i-Connect, smartwatch and Hey Siri compatibility. The Toyota i-Connect system offers more than 55 features.
Anti-collision notification, tow alert, find my car and valet profile are the advanced safety features included in this car. This car is built on the Heartect platform. This platform enhances structural integrity and safety.
This car is equipped with dual front and front seat side airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake assist, engine immobilizer, ESP, hill hold and front seatbelts with pretensioners and force limiters. Seatbelt reminders for all seats and a high-speed alert system are other safety features in this car.
Two powertrain options are available for the Rumion, a Petrol (NeoDrive) and an E-CNG. The petrol variant produces 102bhp and 136.8Nm of torque. The CNG variant produces 87bhp and 121.5Nm torque. This car is also available with a 5-speed manual transmission and 6-speed automatic transmission.
