Xiaomi SU7 gets a great response after it’s launch in China; 88,898 orders received in just 24 hours
The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has recently entered the EV industry with its SU7 models. On 29th March, Xiaomi officially unveiled SU7 EV models in China that included four variants- SU7, SU7 Pro, SU7 Max, and SU7 limited Founder’s edition. These models were considered as a competition to the already available Tesla EV models.
Xiaomi has allowed the SU7 consumers in China to pay RMB 500 to order the vehicle while the consumers are also given the option to go for a refund at any time within seven days. This hesitation period offer was quite new for the consumers. The Xiaomi SU7 test drives have also opened in stores across China. Today the brand has officially announced that it has received 88,898 orders for Xiaomi SU7 in China in just 24 hours after its launch.
This shows that this newly unveiled EV has attracted a lot of consumer attention in the Chinese markets. While the hesitation period of 7 days is only until 30 April 2024.
