Breaking News: Facing issues with your internet, There’s been a cable damage on the Atlantic route

A lot of users have started reporting that they are facing issues with the internet. While some trying to reconfigure their internet. While some call their ISP’s and try to get to the route cause. However, according to a user called SIVA on onlytech.com, there has been cable damage on the Atlantic route that is the cause of internet problems.

According to the user, he received an email from ACT fiber net which is one of the popular internet service providers in India. The email said that “Our transit traffic partners have reported sub-sea cable damage on the Atlantic route, towards Europe and US East Coast. Users
might face an additional latency of 100ms towards these destinations. We will inform you as soon as this is resolved.”

There is still no information on how much time will it take to resolve the issue, however, people are still facing issues.
