Anonymous condemns MNCs still operating in Russia after Bucha Massacre

Anonymous on Twitter about multinational companies still operating in Russia,” What other evidence is needed for those multinational companies which are still doing bloody business in Russia?”

The Bucha massacre, also known as the Bucha genocide, was a series of alleged war crimes committed by the Russian Armed Forces in the Ukrainian city of Bucha during the Battle of Bucha, which followed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. According to Ukrainian authorities, more than 300 people were killed in the town.  Ukrainian officials called the massacre a genocide.

After hundreds of companies called it quits, the shrinking band of international firms that have continued to operate in Russia following its invasion of Ukraine is under increasing pressure to leave the country.

Uniqlo, a Japanese clothing retailer, is among the companies that have stated their intention to remain in place despite threats of consumer boycotts.

In addition, a number of hotel chains, including Hilton and Marriott, have chosen not to completely withdraw from Russia. Here’s what they had to say about their choices.
