Elon Musk Annoyed with Re-Discussion of the Objections to Tesla Giga Berlin Has Begun
Tesla Giga Berlin is once again facing difficulties in Germany because of the need to repeat public negotiations. The re-discussion of the objections to the construction of the Giga Berlin began on Tuesday.
The State Environmental Agency has changed the approval process in order to insulate itself and Tesla from future legal challenges from opponents of the plant’s construction. Objections to the Tesla factory near Berlin being built will be discussed again on the internet. The State Environment Agency decided this, according to the Brandenburg Ministry of the Environment, for legal reasons.
Elon Musk isn’t happy with it at all, according to his tweets What they are doing is just not right

These moves were done in reaction to complaints from the so-called “environmental” organizations Naturschutzbund (Nabu) and the Brandenburg Green League, whose involvement in the process has been questioned. They claim that the State Environment Agency failed to meet the online consultation deadline.
The example of environmental organizations, according to the ministry, is based on a legal opinion that differs from the previous view. Because it is unknown how the Brandenburg Administrative Court would rule in the event of a lawsuit, it was agreed to hold another public debate in order to protect themselves and avoid further delays for Tesla.
According to the previously established dates, a rerun of the conversation will begin on November 2 and will last nearly three weeks, ending on November 22. The conclusions of the conversations, which took place in late September and early October, would be considered by the ministry during this period, according to previous reports. The updated results will be considered after the re-discussion is completed. Even with the unforeseen delays, Tesla could still receive its final environmental building permit in December 2021, as CEO Elon Musk predicted.
Everything now indicates that Tesla will be able to receive final clearance because there has yet to be a single object that has serious grounds for rejection. Opponents of the factory building are well aware of this and are merely attempting to delay permission by causing direct harm to the firm. These organizations are referred to be ecological, implying that they are concerned about the environment. Nonetheless, they are attempting to prevent an electric vehicle manufacturer from constructing a plant, which will have a direct positive impact on the region’s, country’s, and global ecological. This merely proves that these groups are solely opposed to Tesla and not interested in improving the environment.
