Elon Musk says don’t buy Apple’s Silly Cloth but buy Tesla’s Cyberwhistle instead; Soldout
Last month, Apple released a Rs 1,900 polishing cloth to go with its new MacBook Pro notebooks. Given the ridiculous price, the polishing cloth drew everyone’s attention, and the company was ridiculed for the polishing cloth being one of the most “Apple” things to hit the market in a long time. Tesla, led by Elon Musk, appears to have copied a page from Apple’s book, with the business now selling an exorbitantly priced attachment. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, revealed a new “Cyberwhistle” that allows customers to “blow the whistle on Tesla.” The $50 Cyberwhistle is already sold out on the Tesla website, as Musk’s marketing brilliance would have it – similar to the Apple polishing cloth, which was also sold out immediately after it was discovered on Apple’s online store.
The limited-edition whistle is a “luxury collectible crafted from medical-grade stainless steel with a polished finish” and is inspired by the Tesla Cybertruck. According to Tesla, the whistle has an inbuilt attachment mechanism for increased adaptability. Musk encouraged his supporters to “blow the whistle on Tesla” in a tweet introducing the whistle. In a subsequent tweet, Musk mocked Apple’s Rs 1,900 polishing cloth, saying, “Don’t waste your money on that foolish Apple cloth, buy our whistle instead.” His efforts appear to have paid off, as the product is already out of stock on Tesla’s website.

On Tesla’s website, the Cyberwhistle costs $50 (approximately Rs 3,700). It is unknown when the product will be available in stores, although it is expected to come before the Tesla Cybertruck.
Despite its exorbitant price, Apple’s Polishing cloth, which is constructed of nonabrasive materials, sold out quickly after it was revealed in October. The microfiber towel bears the Apple logo, but it’s unclear how it differs from other microfiber cloths.
