Honor Files Trademark for Honor C1 Chipset and Honor CarConnect, Again Confirming its India Comeback
The Chinese smartphone maker, Honor is going to make its comeback to the Indian market and as a part of it, has filed a trademark for the Honor C1 RF chipset and for the Honor CarConnect.

Honor Files Trademark for Honor C1 Chipset and Honor CarConnect
Honor is coming back to the Indian market and as a sign of its arrival, the company has filed two of its products, the Honor C1 RF chipset and the Honor CarConnect for trademark.
The Honor C1 RF chipset debuted in the market with the Honor Magic5 series and two of the smartphones, the Honor Magic5 Pro and the Honor Magic5 Ultimate use this chipset. The self-developed chipset of Honor is basically a radio frequency chipset that will provide the smartphone with better connectivity even when the network availability is low. The chipset will offer its devices a 17% increased antenna transmission intake and will enhance antenna reception by 35%. Even the Wi-Fi rate will be increased by 200%, at the same time reducing Wi-Fi latency by upto 90%.
As Honor has trademarked the Honor C1 RF chipset, we’ll also be able to see Honor’s flagship devices making their debut in the Indian market as well.
Along with the Honor’s C1 RF chipset, the brand had also trademarked its Honor CarConnect early this year, pointing to its arrival also in the Indian market.
Just to add to this, the brand had in the past tested its smartphone equipped with the C1 RF chipset and the smartphone was able to reach a speed of 275Mbps in a low network area, surpassing the Huawei Mate 40 Pro which had set the benchmark for the best 5G network technology.
