Is BYJU’S running a scam with Indian Parents, parents on twitter say their concerns over it

Byju’s is a Bangalore-based Indian multinational educational technology corporation. Byju Raveendran and Divya Gokulnath launched it in 2011. Byju’s is the world’s most valuable educational technology company, estimated at US$18 billion as of June 2021.

Recently, reports have been coming out of some insane tactics by the BYJUS sales force. Parents have been making complaints and concerns about this issue everywhere. Parents have taken up this on social media platforms that they have been duped by the sales force of BYJUS.

A user by the name of Nidhi on Twitter posted Very unethical marketing by @BYJUS. In mussoorie held a day long camp,targetting poor kids . My house help ,who cannot afford a 400 RS fee at Shishu mandir for her daughter thought it was a free prog. She told me the ‘school’ will give daughter a ‘laptop’.

Nidhi again posted and said The sales guy of @BYJUS was calling me names. Saying he has already processed the admission and loan. The headoffice of@BYJUS has assured me this deal will be cancelled. I will update once this is done. The crying and haunted face of my poor househelp made me do this.
