Labour Union is old school thing now the era is about Tech Union of Apple and Starbucks

Student unions and labor unions are not new things to us. But tech union is a new thing. Recently Penn Square in Oklahoma City is the second Apple Store in the US to unionize after Apple retail workers in Maryland became the first union-represented Apple store in the U.S.

This report came after the US National Labor Relations Board revealed the result of the vote. This voting procedure was conducted to decide on unionization and support of joining the Communications Workers of America Union (CWA).

Alphabet, Catalyst, and Activision Blizzard, like big tech giants, have also been supported by CWA to form unions. Generally, this union will have a collegium of Apple salespeople, genius admins, technicians, creatives, and operations specialists.

If we talk about the aim of this union they would target better wages and dignity on the job, proper working conditions, and career growth. Along with congratulations and support comes the threat for potential union-forming groups like Cupertino-based company, which, has threatened the workers of denying them newly introduced benefits, if they join these unions. This has motivated other companies also to form unions like Amazon and Starbucks.
