“Meet Anywhere”: David Beasley responds to Musk’s offer to Sell Tesla Stocks to end Global Starvation

Elon Musk is mostly on fleek when it comes to having trending tweets on Twitter. There is a war of tweets going on between the richest man of the world, Elon Musk and executive director at the World Food Programme (WFP) David Beasley after the latter suggested the World’s two richest men to come forward to end world starvation.

During an interview to CNN, Beasley asked the billionaires Musk and Bezos to step up and spend a ‘fraction of their net worth’ which would amount about $6 billion for the sake of 42 million people who he stated that are ‘literally going to die If we don’t reach them’. It will be approximately 2% of Musk’s wealth and in reply to this Musk tweeted,

“If WFP can describe on this Twitter thread how how $6B will solve world hunger, I will sell Tesla stock right now and do it.”

Responding to the statements of David Beasley, Dr. Eli David, AI expert, raised that the UN World Food Programme (WFP) raised $8.4B then how was WFP unable to end global starvation. Later on, to respond with the correct information, Beasley tweeted,

“$6B will not solve world hunger, but it WILL prevent geopolitical instability, mass migration and save 42 million people on the brink of starvation. An unprecedented crisis and a perfect storm due to Covid/conflict/climate crises.”

Today, Beasley offered SpaceX founder Musk to organize a meet anywhere so that he can show the documents and propose their spending.

“@elonmusk Instead of tweets, allow me to show you. We can meet anywhere-Earth or space-but I suggest in the field where you can see @WFP’s people, processes and yes, technology, at work. I will bring the plan, and open books.”

Elon Musk never fails to excite his fans with his tweets. This war will go a long way and will not end well.
