The expansion, marketed under the #SavingsWalaScooter campaign, includes co-located service facilities at each outlet for sales and after-sales support.
Ola Electric has recently added the Gig and S1 Z scooter ranges to its lineup, with entry prices starting at Rs 39,999. These models target different market segments across rural, semi-urban, and urban areas. The company’s current portfolio includes the S1 series, with a Roadster range planned for future release.
Customers visiting Ola stores on December 25 will have an opportunity to win the S1 Pro Sona edition. While multiple units will be available as prizes, the company has not revealed the retail price or specifications of this special edition model.
The company states its direct-to-consumer (D2C) model aims to address EV adoption barriers and provide an alternative to internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles’ ownership costs.
