OnePlus 12 5G first day sales results suggest it may surpass Xiaomi 14 series sales record soon
OnePlus’s recently launched smartphone, the OnePlus 12 5G, has begun breaking the records on the very first day of its sale. This update has come from the OnePlus official Weibo page in which the company claimed that “sales volume within 5 minutes of the first sale of the OnePlus 12 was 61% of the full day sales of the Xiaomi 14 Pro”(translated from Chinese)”. Remember this claim is based on the sales it recorded on two e-commerce platforms JD.com and Tmall.
Xiaomi 14 series just recently came and made the buzz in tech town with its specs and sales record. The company claimed that it just took four hours for the allocated stocks to be gone and impressively it witnessed six times more orders in the first five minutes of sales than its predecessor. A report by Wall Street Insights reported that Xiaomi has sold 1.4474 million Xiaomi 14 series smartphones between the first day of sales and the tenth of November.
