After much anticipation, Realme recently launched the 12 Pro series in India. As per the announcement, the first sale of the series will begin on 6th February, though users can pre-order it now and avail of benefits up to Rs 5,999. Realme India has recently announced in an X post that its Realme 12 Pro series 5G has broken the record in the 30K+ price segment during the early access sale. This is based on the Realme data that it has not made public.

This is not new to Realme; when it launched the Realme 11 Pro 5G in India, it received similar results from the buyers. Similarly, it shared on X that Realme 11 Pro series 5G has set a new record with the highest first sales in the 20k-30k segment on Flipkart.

The smartphones are backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 67W SuperVOOC charging. And handsets run Android 14 based Realme UI 5.0.
The Realme 12 Pro 5G smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Realme 12 Pro+ 5G smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12 GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Realme 12 Pro 5G smartphone sports a triple camera setup on the rear side featuring a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS, a 32 MP Sony IMX709 telephoto sensor with OIS, 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The front side of the smartphone comes with a 16MP selfie camera.
