Redmi recently launched its K70 series in China at the starting price of RMB 1999. As soon as it went on first sale its sales volume exceeded 6,00,000 units just within five minutes of the first sale.
Now a new update has come about the sales of this series and it has achieved another milestone. This update has been shared by Lu Weibing, General Manager of Redmi, on Weibo. As per Lu’s Weibo post company has sold over 1 million units of the Redmi K70 series and that’s too in just 14 days.
He further mentioned that the Redmi K70 series has broken the record of the K series of being the fastest to break one million units. The Redmi K70 series comprises the Redmi K70, Redmi K70E, and Redmi K70 Pro.
Specifications of Redmi K70 series
The series features a 6.67-inch wide 120 Hz OLED panel. The Redmi K70 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while Redmi K70 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and Redmi K70E is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra.
In the camera section, the Redmi K70 sports a 50 MP main camera with an 8MP camera and a 2MP camera. The Redmi K70E is equipped with a 64 MP main camera with 8MP and 2MP cameras. The Redmi K70 Pro comes with a 50 MP main camera complemented by a 50MP and a 12MP camera.
The front side of three smartphones sports a 16MP selfie camera. The Redmi K70 and K70 Pro is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 120W fast wired charging. The Redmi K70E is backed by a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging.
