- A customer can order for extra than 1 Car and the booking procedure would be 1 car per booking.
- The information of the customer should be in English language only.
- The Customer shall attain the customer document of the Car order form duly punched at the Dealership.
- Post online booking, the Customer will receive a Booking Reference ID and with that, the customer can go ahead with the order of/her choice.

- The refund of the booking amount would be urged with the deduction of Rs.3,000 per car in online booking.
- If any online booking amount and additional amount spent by the Customer to the Dealership towards the rate of the Car, Accessories or statutory necessity, then the Buyer has to contend the said amount from the Dealership and no online marketing shall be prepared in this respect. No cash payments would be earned by the Dealership to the Customers.
- In the lawsuit of financed orders, a cancellation petition shall be delivered to the Dealership through the financing entity and refunds will be brought by the Dealership to the concerned financing being only.
- The Notice of cancellation should be delivered to the Dealership concurrently with the individualist buyer copy of the Order Booking Form if any and the payment receipt. Once cancelled, the Customer Order cannot be replaced at a similar Booking Reference Number.
