Civil Aviation Secretary Rajeev Bansal explained that The earning bidder will maintain all employees, which implies they will not cut back anyone for one year. Afterward, for the following year, if anyone is to be removed, they will be given VRS.
The workers will be given compensation advantages and provident budget help as per the statute of the country. Post-retirement health advantages for those who have withdrawn or will resign from in fate will be conserved, he added.
