Premise: The documentary mainly reveals the story of how a group of hackers from a Cold War era in a German tourist town, powered the darkest corners of the internet. The plot is a collision of two worlds. One of which is a group of mysterious Dutchmen and their leader Xennt. The other is a vast NATO bunker, which the Dutchmen want to take over. The Dutchmen’s leader Xennt promises the village a bright future. However, as an underworld takes birth in the streets of the quiet town of Traben-Trarbach, people start doubting Xennt’s true emotions.
