The Netflix show, MINDHUNTER which ran two seasons won’t be having a third season for it. The show’s director, David Fincher has confirmed it pointing that the decision was made by Netflix.
According to Netflix, the MINDHUNTER season 3 will be an expensive show and the previous two seasons didn’t attract much audience, and filming such an expensive without the proper number of audience is to be considered as unjustifiable.
Well, it is true. When compared to other Netflix shows like Stranger Things and Wednesday, the MINDHUNTER did not receive the required number of viewers but it should be noted that the show itself has a separate fan base and the show to end without the proper conclusion, will sure make its fans disappointed.
David Fincher’s serial killer series surrounds around two FBI agents who investigates with newer methodologies of investigation, unlike the previous means, motive, opportunity mode of crime solving, by mixing psychology, anthropology and sociology to solve cases.
The show’s cast includes Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, Anna Torv, Hannah Gross, Sonny Valicenti, Stacey Roca, Joe Tuttle, Zachary Scott Ross, Cotter Smith, Albert Jones, Lauren Glazier, Michael Cerveris, Dohn Norwood, Gareth Williams, June Carryl, Cameron Britton, Nate Corddry and Sierra Aylina McClain.
The decision of Netflix was taken into consideration by the show’s director, David Fincher for his commitments he has with Netflix. His works like House of Cards, Mank and The Killer are all made with his collaboration with Netflix. But whatever the case be, the show’s fans are very disappointed for not giving it a proper end, which the show deserved.
