Breaking News : President Putin said Ukraine is not allowing Indian Students to enter Russia, rather using them as human shield
According to news reports by TV9 Bharatvarsh, President Putin has made remarks about the Ukrainian army not allowing Indian students to enter Russia. He further stated that Ukrainian Army is rather using Indian students as Human Shields against Russian Soldiers. That is why a student was killed in Kahrkiv.
