Crash of Indian Air Force Mi-17V5 killed CDS General Bipin Rawat with 13 other personnel, Government Conference at 6:30

The crash of Indian Air Force Mi-17V5 in the Nilgris district of Tamil Nadu is giving more and more bad updates to the audience with every minute. There were 14 personnel on board with the pilot of the chopper Wing commander Prithvi Singh Chauhan. The massive crash led to the killing to thirteen out of fourteen personnel on board.

The helicopter carried Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat, Brig LS Lidder with many other officials.

The condition of the 63 year old General Bipin Rawat was really critical having faced 70-80% burns. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also went to his house and now he is declared dead by the defense minister with a tweet,

“Deeply anguished by the sudden demise of Chief of Defence Staff Gen Bipin Rawat, his wife and 11 other Armed Forces personnel in an extremely unfortunate helicopter accident today in Tamil Nadu.

His untimely death is an irreparable loss to our Armed Forces and the country.”

There is going to be an official Government Conference at 6:30 which will declare further important details.
