Naveen Jindal threatened on Twitter to be killed over Prophet Muhammad remark
Former BJP leader Naveen Kumar Jindal was summoned by Maharashtra police on June 9, 2022, for his statements regarding Islam. Several Islamists have labelled his remarks as “hate speech.”
The Maharashtra police summons comes as Naveen Jindal’s life is in grave danger after he used Twitter to make controversial remarks regarding Islam and the Prophet Mohammad.
Following his post, Naveen Jindal was kicked out of the party, and national spokesperson Nupur Sharma was suspended awaiting an investigation into comments she made about Islam after being triggered by Islamists insulting the Shivling unearthed in Kashi during a television debate.
Since his words went viral after being translated into Arabic, Jindal has received threats on social media.
He’s received multiple Direct Messages threatening to assassinate him the instant he leaves the house. Screenshots of some of these threats have been obtained by Thetechoutlook.
