PM Modi has directed government departments and ministries to hire tens of thousands of workers over the next 1.5 years
According to the PMO, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked several government departments and ministries to recruit 10 lakh individuals in a “mission mode” during the next year and a half.

The government’s decision comes in the wake of repeated criticism from the opposition on the subject of unemployment. A considerable number of empty positions in various government sectors have frequently been highlighted.
