The I&B ministry has requested that media outlets display the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ logo

The Amrit Mahotsav began on March 12, 2021, and will end on August 15, 2023, after a 75-week countdown to the 75th anniversary.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) has issued a directive to all print, electronic, digital, and private television channels to use the “Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” emblem throughout news programs, reports, and bulletins.

It further says that throughout the celebrations, this emblem should be used to remind Indians of “India’s rich heritage and dedication to a bright future.”

It is recommended that the logo be used during the celebrations to remind citizens of India’s rich heritage and commitment to a bright future “According to the Union Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
