According to cloudflare they have checked and found out that it was centurylink. Cloudflare stated it was because of an ip outage at centurylink that created the problem.

Centurylink also tweeted about it and stated”We are able to confirm that all services impacted by today’s IP outage have been restored. We understand how important these services are to our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the impact this outage caused.”

The outage happened on sunday due to century link and was throwing errors on websites, Cloudflare also tweeted about it and said “Cloudflare is aware of network related issues caused by a third-party transit provider incident. We are working to mitigate the problem. Please follow the status page here:”
