A statement issued by Prime Minister’s Office says that this campus has been built in line with Prime Minister’s vision to expand and upgrade health facilities in all parts of the country.PM Modi says that this project will especially benefit the poor and middle class families who have their closed ones fighting against cancer.
The project has been completed with a budget of over Rs 530 crores. The campus has 460 beds along with modern facilities like Nuclear Medicine, 3.0 Tesla MRI , Radionuclide therapy unit, a endoscopy suite and a modern brachytherapy unit according to the release.
