After bursting open the gate, the trio split out and hoisted their weapons to their shoulders.
Instead of being received by armed soldiers, they were met by a defiant middle-aged Ukrainian couple.
While his wife yelled at them, a balding man shook his head at the armed trio.
One of the soldiers fired his gun into the air to scare them, but the pair seemed unfazed and continued shouting at the men, motioning for them to leave.
Behind the others, a fourth soldier entered the gate to investigate the noise.
The elderly lady stood with her hands on her hips, insisting that they leave her backyard.
While the group argued, a dog began darting back and forth through the gate.
Following a heated exchange, the Russians pointed their weapons to the ground and moved towards the exit.
As they walked away, the dog growled at them, leaving the middle-aged couple alone in their garden.
They slammed the door shut behind them.
