Noida administration demolish illegal construction at Shrikant Tyagi’s residence

On Monday, The Noida Administration demolished an illegal construction at the residence of Shrikant Tyagi, accused in the Grand Omaxe Housing Society fracas in Noida’s Sector 93.

Tyagi who at the moment is absconding was seen abusing and assaulting a woman in the residential society after a fight over the plantation of palm trees near his apartment on the society premises.

The action was taken after the video showing Tyagi threatening and assaulting a woman resident of the housing complex in Noida’s Sector 93 went viral, reports zee news.

The Noida police claim that some men supporting Tyagi moved forcefully into the residential society on Sunday night, after which seven of them were arrested and taken for interrogation.

Noida Police Commissioner Alok Singh said that the family has been provided with security. the action will be taken against Tyagi under the Gangster Act and all his illegal property will be identified.

While the search for the BJP leader Shrikant Tyagi is ongoing, his party disconnects him by saying that he was never part of the party.

The police officials informed that apart from Tyagi`s wife, they are currently interrogating his brother, driver, and manager.
