Vladimir Putin to make his first foreign trip to Tajikistan, Turkmenistan since Russia’s invasion in Ukraine
The Russian President Vladimir Putin is finally making his first foreign trip to Tajikistan and Turkmenistan since Russia headed towards Ukraine for war.
Around 4 months back, Russia brutally invaded Ukraine in Kyiv initially and attacked on Ukrainians. Thousands of people have lost their lives since the war commenced.
Currently, the former Russian President is set to commence his international trip to Tajikistan and Turkmenistan on June 29.
Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are the small Soviet states located in Central Asia. According to Russian TV, Putin will visit Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, to meet Tajik president Imomali Rakhmon.
Later in Ashgabat, he will attend a Caspian nation summit with other leaders of Azerbaijan, Iran, and Turkmenistan.
However, Vladimir Putin’s last International trip was when he visited China to attend the opening ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games.
