Djokovic joins Federer, Nadal, Murray at Laver Cup
The main four big names in the Tennis world, Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray will be seen in action at the same time. Djokovic joins hands with Federer, Nadal and Murray at the Laver Cup. The four players will be a part of Team Europe in September.
The Event organizers have confirmed that the Serbian man will be participating.
Djokovic won his 21st Grand Slam by winning the Wimbledon earlier in the month, with this he crunches Federer and is just behind Nadal for the most by a man in the history of tennis. On the other hand, Murray has had three major championships to his name.
Hence, a coincidence, the quartet has held the No. 1 position in the ATP rankings at some point, the four men have earned 66 of the last 76 Grand Slam trophies combined.
Laver Cup will be held in London from September 23-25, the tournament was founded by Federer’s management company and this will be the fifth edition of the tournament now. Team Europe are up 4-0 as of now.
As far as Team World is concerned, three members have been announced, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Taylor Fritz and Diego Schwartzman.
