F1 fans send birthday wishes to Lewis Hamilton on his 37th birthday
Fans all over the world have shown Lewis Hamilton love and good wishes on his 37th birthday.
All social media platforms have a large fan following for the seven-time F1 world champion. Hamilton fans throng every race track in the world just to see him.
In addition to social media, that fervor is also apparent. Despite Hamilton’s silence across all platforms since the end of the 2021 season, his fans haven’t forgotten him.
Anthony Hamilton and Carmen Larbalestier gave birth to Lewis Hamilton in Stevenage in 1985. He started karting at the age of 8 after his father saw him race radio-controlled cars with much confidence.
Lewis Hamilton signed with Ron Dennis and McLaren Drivers Academy in 2003, winning the Formula Renault Championship and the Formula 3 Euro Series. His success at GP2 led him to win the title in 2006 before moving to F1, where he beat Nelson Piquet Jr.
Hamilton made his F1 debut with McLaren and scored a podium finish at Albert Park in Melbourne in his first race with the team. He was also famously one point short of winning the world championship in his rookie season in 2007.
In 2008, he defeated Felipe Massa by passing Timo Glock on the last lap to claim his first world title. Since then, he has won six more world titles with Mercedes.
Also, the 37-year-old is the only F1 driver to have won more than 100 races and won more than 100 pole positions. In addition to racing, he has also been known internationally for his activism and fashion collaborations.
