Hardik Pandya, who is on top of the world after winning the TATA IPL 2022 and also helping Gujarat Titans win their maiden IPL in their inaugural season. The Indian all rounder is enjoying a golden run of form. Pandya has revealed an advice which was given to him by MS Dhoni, the advice has certainly helped him become a better player.
Pandya recently made a comeback in the national side in the T20I series against South Africa, he has made some crucial performances for the Indian team, he has been on top of his game in fitness and form. He is averaging 58 in the ongoing South Africa series at a strike rate of 153.94, his heroics in the fourth T20I helped India level the series 2 – 2.
“Early in my days, Mahi Bhai taught me one thing. I asked him how do you get away with pressure and everything. And he gave me very simple advice, ‘Stop thinking about your score and start to think of what your team requires’. So, that lesson has stuck in my mind and has helped me become the player that I’m, to play under any situation,” Pandya added, this advice has helped him in his career and especially in the batting prospect.
