The Ukrainian cricket team is a fledging team which represents the country of Ukraine on the international platform. They are not officially under the provisions of ICC (International Cricket Council), the team is not allowed to participate in any ICC official events.
In July 2021, the Ukraine Cricket Federation began the process to become an Associate member of the ICC, but the agreement didn’t go to any further step due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine in 2022.
The Ukraine Cricket Federation wants to seek Ukraine based cricket community and become the sole Ukraine governing body for the sport of cricket recognized by both the ICC and National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. The Federation is also not much boosted with the finances, business people from the South Asian countries, mainly India, support the board financially to order and carry out activities.
Ukraine further plans to introduce Cricket in schools and help youngsters understand and play the game. In June 2016, the UCB team had participated in the 3rd Edition of European T20 Club Champions League organised by Warsaw Cricket Club.

The above is the list of players who are associated with the Kiev Cricket Club, one of the major clubs for cricket in the Ukrainian land.
At the current moment, there are 92 Associates with the last member admitted being Serbia in 2017. Membership is coveted and provides a line to invaluable ICC funding. Although, over the past few years, the remuneration has been disturbed due to the actions by shaky cricket boards.
The UCF also has an application to the European Cricket Council which is pending, if the application is passed by the council then Ukraine will be granted affiliate status in near future.
