IND U19 vs ENG U19 Final ICC World Cup: India wins the title by four wickets over England
India had England bowled out for 189 all out in the U-19 World Cup final on Saturday, but a gritty 95 by James Rew saved his team’s blushes, nearly single-handedly taking them to 189 all out. After in-from left-arm seamer Ravi Kumar (4/34) knocked their opponents low with two early blows, Raj Bawa (5/31) mowed through the English middle-order with his medium pacers. India continued to take wickets at regular intervals, but the team’s intensity never wavered. With their 93-run eight-wicket stand, Rew and James Sales (34 not out) defied India.
