PM Modi Tweets along with others to congratulate the Indian team for their amazing win against Australia in Brisbane

Words are not enough to explain exactly what Team India was pulling out of Brisbane.

India’s 329 out of seven also broke the 69-year-old record for the biggest Gabba run, set by Australia, which scored 236 out of seven to overcome the West Indies in 1951.

The Gabba in Brisbane is a position where Australia has been undefeated since 1988. The last team to defeat the Aussies in their fortress was the West Indies led by Sir Viv Richards. Now, Ajinkya Rahane, whose century in the Boxing Day Test was a major spark that spurred the squad on, can proudly take its place alongside the West Indian legend.

On team India’s win against Australia celebrities tweet to congratulate them.

Here are a few of them:

  1. “We are all overjoyed at the success of the Indian cricket team in Australia. Their remarkable energy and passion was visible throughout.
