Spirit of Cricket: Virat Team and Co. spent some priceless moments with Scotland players in dressing room

But Indian players Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Ravichandran Ashwin and Jasprit Bumrah showing their kind gesture spent some priceless moments with the Scotland team.

Talking about the exciting game, Scotland team bat first in which Indian Team ballers Mohammad Shami and Ravindra Jadeja showing their tremendous skills took 3 wickets each and the Scotland team got all out at 85 runs. It was mainly credited to the great performance of openers KL Rahul who hit a 18 ball 50 and Rohit Sharma who scored 30 runs. In order to overtake New Zealand and Afghanistan in terms of net run-rate, India had to chase the target in 7.1 overs but Virat Kohli led team fulfilled the need in just 6.3 overs.

After the game, Captain Kohli stated, “We spoke about the 8-10 over bracket before the start, didn’t want to really go too hard because if you lose wickets, then an extra 20 balls could cost. We thought that if we play naturally, runs will come quickly.”

After the huge win, the Indian players did not stay behind to just celebrate their success but went ahead to interact and spend some amusing moments with Scotland team. The Scotland team replicating the gesture captioned in a series of tweets, “Huge respect to @imVkohli and co. for taking the time. Priceless.”

Now Indian Team will be looking forward to New Zealand Vs Afghanistan match as it will be a deciding match for India in T20 World Cup 2021. Virat Kohli said, “A dominating performance, something that we were striving to do again. Now it will be interesting to see what happens  on the 7th (of November). Don’t want to say a lot about today’s performance, we know what we can do”.
