Tyrell Malacia joins Old Trafford, Cristiano Ronaldo set to leave Man United
Manchester United have sealed the first signing of the summer transfer window, confirming the arrival of left back Tyrell Malacia to the Red Devil’s side. Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is set to leave Manchester United, though his contract is still intact for about 11 months, CR7 is exiting on his own wish.
The Dutch star will be on board for a period of four years, taking him through to the summer of 2026. The deal also features the option of an additional year.
Earlier on, according to a report from Manchester Evening News, Christian Eriksen should also be seen in Man United colours sooner rather than later, as the Danish star has verbally agreed on a three year deal with the club.
On the other hand, Ronaldo has made it clear that he wants to leave the club to join back the Champions League football. The Portugal skipper did not report back to pre season training on Monday and did not turn up on Thursday.
With the signing of the 22 year old Malacia, things are looking clear of an exit for CR7.
